Booking request are done through our email unless your booking needs immediate confirmation, a phone call is accepted between the business hours of 10 a.m to 6 p.m week days. 12 noon to 4 p.m Saturday and Sunday. We are closed on public holidays.
Services
An early termination fee is a charge of 30% levied when a party wants to break or breaks the term of an agreement or long-term contract. Late termination is subject to 100% of deposit(s).

HOW ARE CANCELLATION FEES CHARGED?
Client may cancel without incurring a fee for up to five minutes after you confirm a booking. Cancellations made after five minutes will incur a fee to compensate the agent, model and/or talent for time lost. If you’re running more than five minutes behind the provided ETA and the client cancels the request, they will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If you cancel the booking more than 5 minutes after the talent arrived because the client has not shown up, the client will be charged a cancellation fee.
Please note that this policy and fee may differ in some markets.
Final payment
Final pay is what an employer owes the agent/employee or agency when their employment ends.
An award, employment contract, Invoice, enterprise agreement or other registered agreement can specify when final pay must be paid. If it doesn't then it's best practice for the agent/employee to be paid on their last day of work or on the next scheduled pay day.
