​The agency offers fresh faces from the Caribbean, USA and Canada in fashion illustration, Runway, Editorial, Campaigns, product branding, Film, Extras, Commercial, Hosts, promotions and marketing.

We also offer workshops for young aspiring models and talents that desire to work in the business of fashion and entertainment.

 Established in 1990 with workshops being the only thing offered at the time. President, Mr. Coakley recognized the need for local model and talent management with means of building a lucrative business for Bahamians.

In 2005, Mr. Coakley launched its workshops into a management agency where he began representing models and talents that completed his workshops, developing opportunities for his talents that were ready to travel the world.

Being a past model and talent himself, Mr. Coakley competed in the 2006 HELEN ROGERS, IMTA International Modeling & Talent Association competition​ in New York City where he became overall champion and won over 3000 talents and models worldwide. From this he has become one of the most sort after talent in the business and now uses his successes to develop others alike.

In 2004, one of his first management successes were his Top model "Tamika Pinder", walked for the acclaimed designer "Yvest Saint Laurent" (YSL) and was the only ethnic model chosen for the lineup.

2006 also brought about more success when the freckled beauty "Samantha Lamb" landed a role in the movie "INTO THE BLUE" alongside Supermodel "Tyson Beckford".

2007, Mr. OilinSha creates the national event of the Bahamas for models called "Supermodel of the Bahamas" with a spin off of a reality television show featured on JCN Broadcasting Network. From his first model search showcased in 2008, Mr. OilinSha signs two of his winners, Omar Francis and Candice Diah.

​​2008 Supermodel of the Bahamas male winner, Omar Francis has recently been offered a contract in the wrestling arena with the WWE World wrestling entertainment.

Many others Mr. OilinSha has represented that also had great successes were Adam Brown whom landed roles in television media, "The Young & The Restless, Passions, James Bond 21 Casino Royal, Cops and much more.

The agency began to become more and more recognized each year as OilinSha host workshops, developing more polished and marketable models and talents for the business, exposing them locally and internationally through events, live showings and television.

​Because of Mr. OilinSha's long years of dedication to the fashion and enetrtainment, Models and talents are seeing a more lucrative and fulfilling industry developing.

 

In 1990, Mr. OilinSha Coakley began his business with only a few dollars. At that time, only the school “OSC’s School of the Arts” existed.
Mr. Coakley began teaching men, women, and children. Some of his students went on to meet great accomplishments such as; Tamika Pinder, the first Bahamian model to walk the runway of New York for the designer, Yves Saint Loraint. Tamika has also appeared in many fashion magazine editorial pages such as; TEEN PEOPLE MAGAZINE, PANACH, and The GLOBE and many national shows here in the Bahamas.
Tamika Pinder is presently a manager at Atlantis Resort.

Another model that has met great success is Charmaine Levarity. Many Bahamian designers such as the late, Shane Rolle Infinity have showcased charmaine, Mr. Percy Wallace of Garfi designs, Jeff St. John of the House of St. John and so many more. Charmaine has appeared on the cover of “WHAT TO DO MAGAZINE” three times and was featured in the Bahamian recording artist Lovely’s music video, she has also traveled to New York to compete at the IMTA Modeling Competition.

In 1999 Adam Brown became the first Bahamian male model to appear in two seasons of the international soap opera, “DAYS OF OUR LIVES”, PASSIONS, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, UP RIGHT CITIZEN’S BRIGADE, JAMES BOND 21 (Casino Royal) and much more. Adam went on to make history when he was featured in the movie “COPS” and “HOOK ON LOVE”, recently he was booked for a commonwealth bank commercial.

2005, became a great year for Mr. OilinSha’s agency when he met the beautiful and vivacious Samantha Lamb, who  landed a lead role in the movie (“INTO THE BLUE”) and (AFTER THE SUNSET), she has also been a favorite of many designers and photographers of the Bahamas and international. Miss Samantha Lamb has also appeared as a top fashion spokes model in “High Fashion Fantasy 2005 and 2007 which was televised across the Bahamian islands

Being involved in pageantry development and choreography production, Mr. OilinSha met the brown skinned beauty Jovanna Toote, and trained the sexy, sassy Miss Toote to become the winner of the (  Top Model Search  ) in Grand Bahama, a Cover girl, and fashion model for “High Fashion Fantasy 2005 and 2007, and booked as a promotional model for the new fragrance (   LICK ME ) by Solomons. She is a favorite of our national and international designer, the late Mr. Percy Wallace.

In 2005, OilinSha’s greatest discovery was one of his dance students whom he saw as a model, Ms. Dania Ikena Nixon. Mr. OilinSha offered Ms. Nixon a scholarship and trained her in the art of fashion modeling. Ms. Nixon went on to compete in Germany at the “TOP TEEN MODEL OF THE WORLD”. Ms. Nixon placed 6th, place over sixty (60) countries and was voted the most photogenic girl in the world for three consecutive days.
Ms. Nixon entered the “Ms. TEEN BAHAMAS BEAUTY PAGEANT” and placed second runner up. In that same year, Ms. Nixon competed in the “MISS BAHAMAS UNIVERSE BEAUTY PAGEANT and was crowned Miss Bahamas 2005. This accomplishment led Ms. Nixon to compete in the Miss. Universe Beauty Pageant, Miss Hibiscus, and Miss Caribbean International. She has appeared in many print publications such as; The Bahamian news, The Bahamas hand book, OilinSha’s curriculum booklet, Germany’s news articles, commercials and more. Ms. Nixon is now employed with the ministry of tourism.

In 2005, OilinSha’s Ebony beauty, Dashnique Poitier went on to become the first Miss Teen Bahamas World, Miss PLP, and Miss Fox Hill.

In 2005, a well none stylist and friend, the late (Drew) registered his niece (Otishka Ferguson) into OilinSha’s Models & Talents training program. Mr. OilinSha’s coaching led Otishka Ferguson to become one of the most stylish, and fashionable young women in society. She won local model competitions and became first runner up Miss Teen Bahamas Universe 2005.

In 2006, Julianne Smith kept the tradition by winning the third season of “BAHAMAS TOP MODEL SEARCH 2006.

In 2007, Mr. OilinSha produces and choreographs the Miss Intercontinental Beauty Pageant held in the Bahamas at the Wyndham Crystal Palace, Rainforest theatre.
Mr. OilinSha Coached all of the contestants which led one of them to benefit from Mr. OilinSha’s training so far is Miss Brazil Miss  Natalia Guimaraes                   who has become first runner up in the Miss Universe Beauty Pageant 2007. She has announced over the international media that Mr. Oilin Sha Coakley has trained her to become a more polished, confident, graceful woman.

In 2008, two more of Mr.OilinSha’s students meet success in the Miss Bahamas Universe and Miss Teen Universe Bahamas Pageant.
Yulanda Forbes, became a student of OilinSha’s Models & Talents in 2007 and was crowned Miss Ethnic Teen World Bahamas 2008.

Miss Sacha Scott became a student of Mr.OilinSha in the year 2008 and immediately benefited from Mr.OilinSha’s training by becoming Miss Bahamas Universe 2008.
